Let us introduce you to our talented head office team. Our head office acts as a central hub where all of our colleagues, customers, their loved ones, and local organisations get any advice, support and reassurance they need.
Nancy Rogers

Nancy is an excellent co-manger of Happy to Help Gateshead. She has a wealth of experience in her role, and is a meticulous in her financial management of our charity. Her role is crucial to the smooth running of our finances, admin and staff support. Nancy is also always at the end of the phone for our customers too, offering her advice, guidance and comfort, or just a listening ear whenever anyone needs it. She always creates a positive experience for every customer and colleague she speaks to, and genuinely cares for the team, and the people we look after.
Liz is a highly skilled manager, who always goes above and beyond to make sure each individual is comfortable, reassured and looked after. Liz carries out all of our home assessments with new customers, and is also there at the end of the phone whenever our customers, or their carers/loved ones need us. She also keeps in regular contact with local services, and supports our team of home help assistants with anything they need. She always leads with compassion, empathy and care in everything she does, and everyone she talks to.
