We all have times when we could do with some help around the house or to run errands. We've been helping older people and people with disabilities in Gateshead since 2000, using our expertise and experience to make hundreds of households feel in control and relaxed, knowing the domestic jobs are taken care of.
We always encourage clients to continue to do what they can safely manage. Some clients prefer to do their own dusting, for example, or like to wash their own benches perhaps. For all of those other jobs, we're more than happy to lend a hand. If you feel like you'd like us to take care of all of the chores, however, that's also absolutely fine by us.
For £19.80 per hour, we provide you with the services you or your loved ones want which may include some of the following (this list is not exhaustive, if you have other tasks in the home you are struggling with or a place you would like to go with some company, just let us know).
People use our services to do the tasks that they struggle with, or simply do not want to do. Many also want to remove the burden from their loved ones who might be doing shopping and housework for both households, as well as looking after children and/or working for instance.
Our favourite kind of work is providing services that make people feel happy, and 100% of our customers tell us we're achieving this. It makes us feeling amazing to know we can make a difference.

Do I get the same worker each week?
All of our clients are reassured that they will always have the same member of staff visiting them at home to provide their home help service. Our staff are fully trained too, with enhanced DBS checks, giving you added peace of mind.
What happens if my worker is poorly or away on holiday?
We have one floating worker who will always cover any sickness or holidays for your regular worker, so you or your loved one will get to know and trust them too.
Are there any hidden charge?
No, we have one flat-rate hourly fee and we will never ask you to sign a contract or agreement, leaving you in control of when and how you want us to lend a hand in your home.
