It can be daunting and frustrating when you want or need to go out but you can't or don't want to go alone. Often, our family and friends might have work or family commitments during the day when we most need or want to leave the house.

Our team at Happy to Help Gateshead are experts in providing one to one support to go out for older people and people with disabilities. Our track record goes way back to 2006 at the request of our home help clients! We've helped hundreds of people to go out with confidence and support, and most importantly, a trusted friend.

Do I get the same worker each visit?
All of our clients are reassured that they will always have the same member of staff taking them out each visit whenever possible. The One to One team are fully trained, insured and have enhanced DBS checks, giving you added peace of mind.
