Our clients are often isolated, and have few or no support networks in place. Our home help assistants are therefore the highlight of the week. For our clients who have strong social networks, our visits are no less special to them. What makes someone great for a role of home help assistant?

Kindness, reliability, empathy and being a good listener are key.

Experience is great, but full training is provided. Having access to a car to travel between clients is also beneficial.
